The Performance American Bulldog is an athletic and muscular dog. There are several types of American Bulldogs but the Performance American Bulldog is the only one suitable for working tasks like board hunting and police training. Color is not that important some dogs can even be brown or black in color. The coat can be short tho some breeders see woolly coats. Ears can be cropped and tail can be docked it doesn't matter. The color conformation is varied but these dogs typically go white. The Johnson type American Bulldog is a tragedy to this American breed. This dog can not breath well and has a lot of problems with eye entropy and hips. The Performance American Bulldog is everything that the Johnson American Bulldog claims to be with out the hype. In general the Performance American Bulldog does not run over 90# and does well with the typical active American family home. You will not be disappointed in a quality Performance American Bulldog!
